I must admit...I DO love Valentine's Day. It probably helps that I have a sweet husband. But I think it is the pink and red colors everywhere and Heart decorations. I am a girly-girl. I love ruffles, pink, and all things frou-frou (breaking out my Fancy Nancy words)

I love to cook...period!! Baking has to be my favorite, but difficult since I can't eat much of what I bake!! Frosting in a Cake is great to make, but I also love making chocolate chip cookies from scratch. Monte Cristo French Toast makes a great breakfast for dinner and will change everyones opinion on having "just sandwiches" for dinner!!
